Le Bolé
The Breton farmhouse (converted into 2 gîtes Ty Creizh and Ty Corn)
and the stables adjacent (occupied by the English/French owners)
were professionally renovated in 1997.
Ty Corn and Ty Creizh
Both gîtes have a well equipped fitted kitchen including : electric cooker (3 hobs and oven), microwave oven, fridge (freezer compartment), kettle, coffee machine and toaster.
The living/dining room has French television and video player, (English cassettes provided), radio/CD/MP3 player, well stocked bookcase and toys for the children.
A spiral staircase leads to a mezzanine bedroom with 2 single beds and a double bedroom. (There is a safety gate at the top of the stairs). The main bedroom has built-in cupboards and wardrobe.
Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen is available (£3 per person). Towels and a cot can be provided on request.
Ty Creizh has a downstairs bathroom and separate toilet. Ty Corn has a downstairs shower room and toilet. (A baby bath can be provided on request).
There is central heating throughout.
Both Ty Corn and Ty Creizh has its own garden furniture, parasol and BBQ.
A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are also available. There are washing lines outside (a clothes basket, pegs and clothes horse are provided in each gîte)
